Psychosocial Well-Being: An Exploratory Cross-Sectional Evaluation of Loneliness, Anxiety, Depression, Self-Compassion, and Professional Quality of Life in Oncology Nurses

Professional quality of life is significantly impacted by loneliness, self-compassion, and depression. Feelings of loneliness showed the strongest relationship to burnout while compassion fatigue was associated with depression and anxiety.
